To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a satisfactory resolution.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
